Protesters with various calls also voiced opposition to the US decision to commit 3 thousand additional soldiers to the Middle East because of Iran's growing tensions and threats against Americans.
General Qassem Solejmani, commander of the Revolutionary Guard for the Foreign Legion, was killed by an air strike at Baghdad airport.
His elimination has put Washington in dangerous territory in the imminent confrontation with Iran.
Another protest was held in Los Angeles, but it was against the possible war between the United States and Iran.
This protest was held after the march in Iraq as a sign of honour for the murder of Qassem Soleman.
Meanwhile, the Iranian General was buried with a massive ceremony in the town of Ahvaz. Funeral participants have called: “America's death”.
US President Donald Trump, arguing with fear of the general, has declared Friday that Solemann was planning attacks on American diplomats.
Meanwhile, his Democrats have said the president's move was tough and risks new conflicts in the already tense Middle East region.
