The Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo, cannot agree on forming the ruling coalition.
The issue the two parties are not agreeing on was once the post of president, and then the chairman of the Parliament.
The meeting yesterday between LVV leader Albin Kurti and LDK leader Isa Mustafa did not produce concrete results.
Both sides are insisting that the post of directorial office should meet the respective parties. As unable to reach the agreement, the need for international intervention has emerged.
The sides have agreed today to hold a meeting with Quinn's ambassadors in Pristina, as well as with the EU Mission Chief.
Will international officials achieve to convince LVV DK's LVV to reach an agreement, this remains to be seen.
We remember that international interventions in domestic affairs in the country have not been welcomed by then opposition leader Albin Kurti. He constantly criticized past governments for not deciding for themselves.
Kurti's arrangement to include the Quint countries in the negotiations process with the LDK is also seen as blackmailing it against the potential governing partner, the LDK. /Periscope.
