The British people have decided to leave the European Union. There won't be the same commitment, so there won't be the same permissions”.
Macron has said it will protect the interests of French fishermen, farmers and workers, in negotiations that will take place in the future between Britain and the EU.
“in these negotiations, all 27 countries will be united”, he said.
The French leader is known for a hard line to Brexit since the initial stages of this process.
After Britain's departure from the EU on 31 January, the United Kingdom will enter an 11-month transitional period, in which it will implement the rules of the European bloc but will not be represented in its institutions.
This period is expected to last until 31 December.
Britain's European bloc exit decision has come after 52 per cent of voters have voted for Britain's EU exit 48 per cent who have rejected it in the referendum held in 2016.
