In this video, she is also seen as accompanied by her husband, Fatmir Matoshi, who is acting minister of the Environment. Television could not be contacted by Thaqi Mattosin, but the incumbent Minister of Environment said the money seen in this video is personal.
Mattoshi admitted that the video was made Thursday and said it was a joke between his friends.
