Ibrahim Rugova was a writer, philosopher and intellectual. It is one of the founders of the Republic of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), without which the modern history of Kosovo cannot be written, without mention. 1. President Ibrahim Rugova was poor, but an excellent student and a bursist deserved at Pristina University.
