Dedicated sentence against accused who admitted he was illegally linked to the power grid

This indictment has been declared after the initial review hearing held on January 29, 2020, the accused had pleaded guilty to the criminal act he was charged with.

In this case, Islam has asked the court to pronounce a sentence as mild as possible to it because it is a family keeper and that it has done so because of difficult economic conditions.

The guilty plea has not been rejected by prosecutor Bahtie Ademi, under which such action has support in the subject's evidence and has been voluntaryly done.

Otherwise, the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, branch in the year, has brought together two subjects with the aim of economy of the procedure, since it concerns an accused who is charged with the same criminal acts.

According to the first indictment, established on July 18, 2018, Shukri Islam is charged that on May 4th 2018, in unassigned time and continuation in his home in the village of Begunca of the Year, as a consumer of electricity, in order to bring about illegal property benefits, has benefited from municipal services, in a way that authorized ECDS workers have cut power from the distance, while later after the search by ECDS workers has proved to be a direct link to the electrical power grid, this has supplied electricity equipment.

By the indictment, KEDS has caused damage worth 107.68 euros.

With this, he is accused of committing a criminal offence “unauthorized access to services”, by Article 321, of KPRK.

While, according to the second indictment set up on December 10, 2019, Shukri Islami is charged with having unauthorizedly exploited electricity in his home, in a way that is directly connected to the electrical network, and by this unauthorized connection the total electricity is not registered in the electrical grid.

According to the indictment, accused of injury KEDS-Distrition Gjilan has caused the damage worth 63.20 euros.

By these actions, he is accused of committing criminal work “service arrival”, from Article 314, paragraph 6, concerning KPRK paragraph 1.
