Will there be LV coalition V-LDK beyond ultimatums?

In the event of reaching a co-government agreement between LDK and LVV, Alija says two scenarios would be possible.
Although they had pledged that they would not forgive the Democratic League of Kosovo Vetevendosje after Sunday, the Democratic League of Kosovo was again hampered by the ultimatum, which it had imposed on the LVV to review or accept their bid for co-governance within the week we left behind. Despite the outstanding differences between them, the two parties still remain optimistic that the “Coalation of Hope” will happen, Zer writes.
And political affairs connoisseur Rasim Alija for “Zin” has said that the co-governance agreement LDK HINA LVVV should be seen beyond the ultimatums the two parties can set up, because LVV and LDK have the electoral obligation to form the government in the optimum term. The “Agreement on a coalition and co-governance between LDK and LVV goes beyond the deadlines that define these political subjects. Despite statements as the product of public pressure, the LDK and LVV must give epilogue to the government's formation issue. Because they also have electoral duties, but they should also prove that they are politically mature subjects who put themselves beyond certain state positions”, Alija said.
He therefore estimates that in the event of the coalition's failure, the effects that would be produced would be a return at the PAN time and the main contributor to this return would be LDK and LVV. So the alternatives that these two subjects have are reduced to only one and that is the co-governance”, it is expressed. Meanwhile, in the event of reaching a co-government agreement between LDK and LVV, Alija says two scenarios would be possible. One scenario which, as a result of mutual trust, would produce effective governance between them and on the other hand, the second scenario where the two parties would fight each other within the coalition.
“In a scenario where trust would prevail between LVV and LDK and the government programme they agreed on would be implemented, and the co-governance could produce quality results. The second scenario is the opposite of the first scenario, where we would have two parallel governments, one LDK and one LVV, which in co-governance would fight each other, calculated in the spirit of elections. Indoor disputes would increase, the way would be opened for the opposition to hit more, and that would reduce LDK governance to weak and inconsistent, and above all short-lived”, he stressed.
Alija estimates it depends on these two subjects which scenario they will choose, first or second, if any agreement is reached.
