The male K-Albanian suspect has been arrested since he was the same one celebrating the New Year's shoot-fire on the “Galip Badivuku” in Vushtrri.
The police unit from the suspect confiscated the Echo weapon with an empty clip and two shellings.
After interviewing with the prosecutor's decision the suspect has been released in regular procedure.
