But January 31, 2020, is just the beginning of this process, not the end. From today until December 31st 2020, Great Britain and the European Union will have to negotiate the details of leaving the bloc.

The new president of the European Commission, Ursula Von Der Leeyen, has told the Eurodeputs on January 28th when Britain's withdrawal agreement in Brussels was approved, the EU will seek to negotiate an agreement that benefits EU member states, companies and citizens.
