From authoritarian to conflict evader: Changing Kurt's Words for Rugova

Albin Kurti took 14 years to remember President Ibrahim Rugova for the first time on the anniversary of his death. While according to presidential associate Adnan Merovci, Rugova appreciated Kurti.
