Australia has already faced major fires in nature, floods, and hail.
Now, however, experts have warned of another threat to deadly spiders.
Being autochthons in most forest regions in the eastern part of Australia, some types of web spiders are known for their extremely dangerous poison, which is rapidly effective.
Somersby-based reptile park officials said the activity of these spiders has increased in recent days.
Because of the recent rainfall and now the warm days we're experiencing, web spiders will start moving”, said park spokesman Daniel Rumsey.
“This type of spiders are among the most dangerous types in the world in terms of contact with people and we have to deal with this issue very seriously”, he added.
Rumsey said the poison of these spiders is very dangerous and can kill people, warning that for now there are perfect climate conditions for their spread, CNN writes.
