Respecting human rights, preventing escalations of conflicts, and focusing on guaranteeing free and fair elections are Albania's goals during the OSCE chairmanship.
“The task of O chairmanship The SEU is a truly historic moment for Albania: from one country under a cruel communist regime that opposed Helsinki's spirit, we have become an honored country to lead this organisation. The OSCE's leadership marks the main point of our significant transformation”, Rama was quoted as saying.
Officially, Albania's priorities will be submitted by Prime Minister Rama to O Council The SEU, to be held on January 9th in Vienna.
