Kosovo Liberation Army veterans seem to receive 170 euros in retirement only in February, as there is still no new Government.

Nasim Haradinaj, by OVL- The KLA, for IndexOnline, has said war veterans are the responsibility of institutions.

Haradinaj has stressed that in Kosovo there are only those who survive that pension, and with the failure to adopt the new budget law, they will feel offended.

The Finance Ministry has warned that in the event of the new budgetary law against the new government and the assembly, all payments, including salaries from security bodies to civil service, pensions and other social assistances, public services, as well as all other budgetary obligations, will be cut off from February 28th, respectively.

Through a communiqué to the media, the ministry has announced that after March 31st, no budgetary organisation or other public authority can authorize any spending or payment until the new Law on Business Divisions is adopted.

All payments, including salaries from security organs to civil service, pensions and other social assistances, public services as well as all other budgetary obligations will be suspended from February 28th, March 31st (if there is a decision from Kuwait) and Kosovo Treasury will only be allowed to pay for public debt can be realised under the payment deadline, in accordance with the LMFPP, Article 24, paragraph 3”, the Ministry's communique said.
