15 to 20-year-old narcotics users, their growing number

The average age of narcotics users is between 15 and 21 years old, which is considered one of the biggest drug users.

Task Force chief in Kosovo schools Avdullah Hasani, in an interview for Online Economy, said they have worked on drafting a draft decision that is expected to be adopted soon and that concerns measures to be taken in order to prevent distribution and narcotics consumption by young people.
