Wessel has said his government would support with special subsidies all residents of border zones to develop their lives there.

He has said that the focus is always on the citizen, wherever he lives, to improve his livelihood and raise his well-being, not on making school closures difficult.

“In Rogana and Kamenica Kort, with residents of these villages, we talked about the Democratic Party of Kosovo's election programme. In our focus is always the citizen, wherever he lives, to improve his livelihood and promote well-being, not to make school closures difficult. My government will support all residents of border zones with special subsidies to develop their lives there. Living our programme guarantees numerous opportunities for youth, new jobs, and greater prospects for our country”, Vessel wrote.
