Dying citizens,
I appreciate the sacred trust to represent, so I get close to you, not to experiment with representation, but to test the work done and clear professional and political vision.
The way we go is similar to our expectations. For 20 years I have been convinced that I have served with honor every task I have been given. I belong to a generation whose youth has followed him in every step the fear of being free and equal.
A new spirit, as if we were reborn jointly, where I moved back to Kosovo in 1999 along with the troops of freedom those of British KFOR specialised, to meet with deliverers and the place that smelled the burning, but in embracing freedom.
In 2000, when the first steps of a democratic transition were in place, I was part of the O Mission. The SEU, for a while, proudly say, that I served from guard to highest local staff positions on that mission. Where I managed 14 centres for nongovernmental organisations across Kosovo, which have been in the function of developing and implementing projects in the field of local development and democratisation.
So my steps were not easy, just as my walk did not have a lack of work and credit. In 2004 this same mission at the request of Kosovo institutions was delegated to the quality of foreign adviser in the process of supporting local governance. So to serve a new institution consolidation mission.
From the same mandate, I became the winner of the prestigious Chevening Stock Exchange for post-diplomatic studies in the field of Local Governance and International Development, the University of Birmingham, the United Kingdom. At the same time, the beneficiary of the Kosovo Research Research Market, provided by the local Government Initiative Government, headquartered in Budapest (2008/9), where I have published a considerable number of research works that connect with effective municipal governance. To specialize in areas of strategic management and communication and issues affecting public policies and local government reform.
Since 2005, in the two court processes of Prime Minister Haradinaj I have served in the role of the co-ordinator of public communication of the process. An extremely challenging process and with large confrontations of Serbian media speculation with a tendency to undermine the process and Kosovo.
In 2008, along with some young professionals we established, and for 9 years I led the most important institution in the field of public policy and local government. As well as becoming a member of the UNDP's Association of Global Experts on Local Governance and Local Development Issues; as well as a member of Canada's International Association for Development Rating.
I continued my professional engagement in the international sphere with organisations such as the American Democratic Institute (NDI), helping build democracy and empower local governance in the region, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
At the same time to serve in increasing knowledge of local governance and international development through the Law on the University of Business and Technology (UBT).
By March 2018, in the quality of the State Reform Co-ordinator, I have led and managed with estimated results, state administration reform, government co-ordination and support for municipalities, sectoral reforms in improving public policies and reducing inspection and administrative barriers to the private sector, as well as co-ordinating partners in the joint development agenda.
