After rejecting special court invitation from former superior NLA Remzi Shala, known as “Red Mola”, another former fighter of The KLA has rejected this body's invitation. Bash Gashi, who was a KLA fighter in the Suhareka area, had received an invitation to appear before the Special Prosecutor with headquarters in The Hague on 24 September but has decided not to accept that call.
