Director of the Open Society Foundation [File] KFOS] Luan Shllaku has criticised the leftist parties in Kosovo for not becoming clear about the energy issue.

Shllaku, who heads the foundation of the famous multi-miliarder George Soros, has said that “Kosovo has failed to build a political capacity about environmental issues” as the campaign is bringing party leader, rather than the hot issues of our society, writes Periscopi.
