“Responding Kosovo” presents two publications

In this period of flow and uncertainty, the project of the Kosovo Open Society Foundation “Building knowledge about Kosovo” (Building knowledge of Kosovo) continues its productive work by expanding the network of young and experienced researchers who deal with current issues in Kosovo.

In response to the challenges facing Kosovo and other countries, the KFOS organises promoting publishing and panel discussing “The contemporary Kosovo version” that will be held today at 2: 00 p.m. at the Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina.

In this case, the “Building Knowledge about Kosovo” project will present two key editions of the second generation of researchers:

The book Local and International Determinants of Kosovo Statehood, edited by Ioans Armakolas, Agon Demjaha, Arda Elbasan and Stephanie Schwanner-Sievers, presenting a sharp entrance into some of the most challenging local and international dimensions of Kosovo citizenship, and presents original research and analysis by experts from Europe to Spain, from Macedonia to Albania.

Brosture “In Brief: Takes on Kosovo's police challenge” (Exhales: Opinions on Kosovo's political challenges -- edited by Lura Limani and Ioannis Armakolas -- which contains a summary of some of the short columns and analysis written by researchers (second generation) and published by far-inflicted European media.

These two publications will be discussed by an expert panel consisting of editors and authors of the book.
