20 years after the war, civil society estimates it is time for parties to have the Serb population targeted, KTV reports.
Krenar Shala says they have the chance to develop an internal dialogue with the minority community, particularly the Serb community, since, according to him, their integration has stalled due to the lack of economic development and rule of law.
Most political subjects competing in the October 6th early parliamentary elections say their programme will be unveiled in all municipalities.
Shpend Ahmeti, the PSD MP candidate, the subject who is in the coalition with the AAK, says the election campaign will hold even in the northern part.
The areas even in Serb majority municipalities are expected to hold the Social Democrat Initiative.
We already have the branch in Leposaviq, and there are meetings with our backers”, said KTV, Valmir Gashi from this party.
The election campaign for parliamentary elections will officially start on 25 September.
