Nutrellary: Kosovo not in good standing in international arena

Nurellari has said that in recent years Kosovo has limped into the international arena, losing the pace it had earlier.

He has said the issue of recognition is not a legal act but a political one.

Nurellar has said Serbia has used all lower forms to damage Kosovo in diplomacy.
