Meetings are envisioned on the agenda made public by the Venice Commission itself, and with President Meta, Prime Minister Rama, Chief Prime Minister Ruci and MPs of the majority and parliamentary opposition, members of the CEC, interior minister and the only incumbent member of the Constitutional Court, Vitore Tusha.

The chairman of the investigative commission itself, Ulyssy Manja, has declared that this opinion of the Venice Commission will be very important for preparing the final report to be submitted to the session for approval. According to him, if the report does not come before the scheduled deadline for completion of the commission's work, which is October 9th, then they will seek to postpone his work mandate.
