It's the Law on Privatisation and Giving in Using Trade and State Enterprises of Special Enterprises or Objects, the main tools and means of running these companies, adopted by Law 9967, dates 24.7.2008 and changed under Law 3/2015.
The decree requiring re-discussion of the Law on Concensions and Public Partnerships in question is also decreed for the two concessional contracts for construction by Gjikuria as a concessionary, for the design, construction and maintenance of the “Portti of the Jahts By-pass Orikum-Duket”.
And the decree to reject the concession contract. PPP between the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, as contractor authority, society ANK drilling as concessionist and society White Control as concession society, design, construction and maintenance of the Milot-Balldren road segment.
