Kosovo police have announced that in Pristina on the date 08.09.2019, at 15:45, three inspectors have been arrested, under suspicion that the same have abused the official position.

According to the police report, with the prosecutor's decision after the interview the three suspects were sent to the maintenance.

Pristina Foundation Court spokeswoman Laureta Ulaj, in a statement given the Telegraph concerning this case, has said the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has detained one person for criminal work for 48 hours “Cause of total danger”, and has been pronounced house arrest measures.

“On 08.09.2019, Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Order, has banned for 48 hours one (1) person, since the same allegedly committed the criminal act of causing general danger, to the same, the state prosecutor has applied for the appointment of the detention measure, with the case set by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, has pronounced the measure of house arrest”, she said.

While Ulaj has said this case has to do with the collapse of soil on “Nekibe Kelmendi” in Hevali.
