It is not known how this idea could have developed to compare Veliu with a bulldozher; perhaps it has taken on the length and pounds of LDK's deputy head.
Veliu is a prominent figure in the Democratic League of Kosovo that exercises the post of deputy chairman for several years, and also heads the Podujevo municipality.
