Former American Ambassador Munter proposes “sound diplomacy” in Serbia-Kosovo dialogue

I would like the new Kosovo government to have the will to solve the tax problem “under radar”, while the issue underscoring Albanians to stop delegateing countries that have recognised Kosovo, while adding that it believes diplomacy quietly.
Munter says he agrees with the idea that as many actors participate in the dialogue, adding the participation of the Institute leading the dialogue for the Balkans, warning the meeting in Brussels in December. Neither has he ruled out the possibility that part of the negotiations will be a Russian representative.
He said that from contacts with people in the region, he has seen the desire for problems to be resolved.
