A thank-you to the QNOD that announced in record time, a thank you to the border police that quickly went to the aid, and a thank you to the Captain of the Summer Port who announced other means that were close to the area and came to the aid of Albanian citizens who risked their lives.
And a reminder of the nihilists and of the smug, commented and charged with the case of Dutch tourists that Albanian institutions make no difference when it comes to human life.
