Compared to the 2017 elections, this year's fair vote has more than 115 thousand new voters, CEC spokesman Valmir Elesi told Radio Kosovo.
“Based on the voters' preliminary list for these elections, this list contains 115 thousand and 215 voters' names more than the final voter lists for local elections in 2017”, she said.
Elez said they are waiting for the certificate of the final voter list, how many of these voters have reached 18 years in the past two years, and how many have been registered for the first time in the central voter register.
