“in this quarter, while average foreign spending was $2 607 per capita, the average cost of Turkish citizens living abroad was $766 per capita”, the Turkish statistical authority announced.
The country has attracted 12.8 million visitors to the April-June period, which represents growth of 15.3% from the same period a year ago, of which 11.5 million have been foreigners, while 1.3 million Turkish citizens living abroad.
