The announcement becomes public after three days of intensive talks with the US, in an effort to avoid another Turkish military operation in northern Syria.
The two sides agreed to take immediate steps to avoid Turkey's concerns and within this framework to create a joint operating centre in Turkey as soon as possible, to co-ordinate and manage the establishment of the US security zone.
