At this hearing, however, S.P. had used its right to defend in silence.
Prosecutor's spokesman Ivan Markovic has confirmed this for the South, adding that he has been assigned detention measures so as not to repeat the work.
On S.P., charges of criminally threatening a state official are charged.
As Serbian media reports, he had sent a letter to Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs warning that someone would attack Aleksandar Vucinqi's family if someone did not intervene from the Serbian secret service to stop.
