“The Spanish left without paying and reviled their wife”

People who were present at the “Panorma” restaurant in Porto Palermo at the moment when the incident between owner Mihal Kokthhimem and the group of Spanish tourists testifies to what they have seen.

A client who is at once close to Michael Headhead and who frequents his restaurant each year has been present at the moment of the incident. He claims that Spanish tourists accompanied by two Albanians have offended Mihal Hashiem his wife, as well as staff and female waitresses.

According to him, in a testimony given to Report Tv, tourists have been reluctant to pay after consuming their food, claiming that they had not brought to the table the kind of fish they had ordered.

I've been a client every year, eating food. I'm his man, and I don't say I'm his man. In his restaurant is eating food with the whole family, and it feels a full and clean pleasure. He raised it from the first stone with his own blood. Those people who came that day with those two Albanian associates, they offended his wife and those who served perfectly that there are waitresses. He was so insulted that he immediately lost his logic.

I was at the restaurant. Not good for any Albanian family in this incident. But the truth comes out as it is. They rose up and struck them in the bar, beat their wife, and reviled her, from the Spanish group and Albanians. The Spaniard himself has hit his wife, which is what I say responsible for”, says Michael Headhead.

Among other things, he finds that a year ago, Mihal Headheadma received a 60 million-old state fine, but insists he has been regular with everything in his restaurant.

In fact, the restaurant and hotel “Panorma” results in a legalisation process, while in 2012 the Himara municipality collapsed once because of its failure to pass sea construction permit.

He asked them to pay and they told him you didn't give me this fish, you didn't give me that. Sir, he said he's all on the table and on the regular coupon menu with everything. Meanwhile, another person who had been in the restaurant with his wife and children says that he saw the incident and that the debate continued outside the restaurant until the owner drove the Spanish tourists as they left his business in Porto Palermo.

I was with my family and there was a misunderstanding, and the Spaniards were brought up and arguing. The owner of the bar is arguing and talking to someone else. There's a guy who's bald and he's insulting to the owner. They argued outside, he took the car and left”, says another tourist.

Mihal Kokhama was now released in prison by the Court of Vlora for a row against Spanish tourists.

The headhead jumped over their car and stood on the hood of the van walking about two miles [3 km] of road, shooting and breaking the front window. Today at the trial, he said tourists wanted to crush him and that he drove you to safety.
