This is the proposal the VV made to LDK for the pre-election coalition.

Even this meeting, where the Vetevendosje Movement was represented with its chairman, Albin Kurti, and the two vice-presidents Glauk Konjufca of Faithful Bislimi, resulted without reaching the agreement desired by this party.

This, since LDK officials have made it clear again, that they do not give up the prime minister's post, KTV reports.

New meetings have been allowed to be made in an effort to achieve a pre-election coalition.

But, the LDK coalition bid Vetevendosje had submitted since October 2018.

In the proposal KTV secured, Vetevendosje had invited The LDK to harmonise the nine-year governing platform, which would focus economic development and employment generation, combating uncomproms of crime and corruption, complete reform of the education and health system, the country's integration into the EU, NATO and the UN.

The proposal was to link the pre-election coalition in order to have co-governance for two mandates. Representatives of civil society and representatives of the diaspora were offered to join the list.

At point 3, the VV and LDK are said to agree to reduce the number of ministries to 12 or 13, as many deputy ministers and 4 deputy prime ministers, including deputy prime ministers from civil society, minorities and the diaspora.

At the main point dividing the parties, Vetevendosje proposed rotation in taking responsibility, so that in the first governing mandate the government cabinet would be led by Vetevendosje's nominated, while in the second term, the nomination belonged to the LDK.

In the end, Vetevendosje proposed that dialogue with Serbia be seriously addressed, and that the process should precede a detailed review of negotiations thus far, and then draft a negotiating platform.

Vetevendosje's bid is expected to receive the final refusal when the LDK General Council, as the party's top body, confirms Vjosa Osman's nomination for prime minister.
