First they cut the road off the BMW X5 car where the victim traveled through a van. The 26-year-old car is out of the street and crashed into a wall. Two people have left the van and have set fire to the young man, leaving him dead. The authors then fled towards the Fresk area, burning the Mercedes-like Benz van in the village of Ferrej.
Then the authors left with another car. Numerous police services have set up several checkpoints in the capital and have been tracked by authors. Criminalists are gathering evidence at the scene, which will help the investigation. Police have started accompanying people who may be aware of the crime circumstances. Santiago Malko was a known person for Tirana police.
It was effective patrols during 2015-2016. In early 2016 he left the police to do business. In April of that year, he had a run-in with the Diamonds and Gentian Lashi brothers because of the conflicts about sports bets that searched the area.
