Police in Madrid have arrested a man accused of filming the intimate parts of more than 500 women without their permission as they were travelling on the city subway.
The accused made the videos, a practice known as "upskirting," using a mobile phone hidden in a backpack. Police say he was uploading at least 283 of these videos to a pornographic site where they were seen millions of times.
Police have identified 555 victims, of which some have even been minors, writes The Guardian, translate Periscopi.
This man is said to have been filming on a daily basis since the summer of 2018 when he first published his material.
Police say he's a 53-year-old man from Colombia who was captured until he did the act in question.
This has become a disturbing phenomenon since mobile phones can be hidden in backpacks.
The practice is illegal and classified as sexual abuse and sentenced to prison.
In South Korea, this practice, known as the mold, has become roving. Even the president had admitted that it had become “part of the daily”. /Periscope
