Explaining from the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) concerning media reports, dated 30.08.2019, about the agreement between the Pristina municipality, the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK) and the MTI for funeral services.
Through this clarification the Ministry of Trade and Industry informs the public that there is no such agreement between BIK, the Pristina municipality and MTI regarding funeral services, as reported today in electronic media.
Such services are not regulated in the MTI's scope, nor are they competent.
So this may be a technical mistake on the part of the reporting media regarding the MTI's involvement.
