Although administrative instruction on the conditions and criteria of law implementation in additional compensation for Albanian education workers of the 1990s doesn't envision property tax bills, MPMS is asking this document to all applicants of this category, Koha Ditore writes today.
Education workers who have been engaged during the years, say the Labour Ministry is violating the directive, which envisions criteria for realising that right. This directive went into effect in July of this year.
Some of the documents required for application, according to the direction, are IDs, birth extracts, crowning extracts, or extracts of death, proof of work experience, retirement decision, bank account.
The demand for additional documents for application by the Labour Ministry is being criticised by the United Education, Science and Culture Union (SBASHK). Its chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, has invited the Labour Ministry to adhere to the direction that sets the criteria for application...
