AAKway Chairman Ramush Haradinaj and Social Democrat Initiative Fatmir Limaj will meet to negotiate a possible coalition between these two parties and the PSDSM.
The meeting of the two leaders comes after formalising the coalition with the PSD and the AAK, and the possibility of joining Fatmir Limaj's party, writes Periscopi.
Muharrem Nitaj from AAK, for Periscope, has confirmed that such a meeting will be held during today.
According to him, the likelihood that a pre-election coalition with Nisman will take place is great, since there is basis and space for such co-operation.
As far as I know the meeting is held for a while. It's a consultative meeting to see if there's room that the AAK coalition- PSD joins the Initiative. I appreciate that there is room for establishing pre-election co-operation. Of course, there should be a mutual will for a deal. Let's see what the Initiative's readiness is. We say there is space and basis for co-operation even with the Social Democrat Initiative, Nitaj concludes.
Unlike Nitaj, who expresses enthusiastic and optimistic that there may be a pre-election coalition between the Initiative and the AAK, Zafir Berisha from the Social Democratic Initiative, differs.
Berisha, in a proposal for Periscope, stresses that his party will go alone to the polls. According to him, parties that are making pre-election coalitions have other problems and that the Initiative does not have.
The definition of the initiative's structures is that in these elections I go alone and we're not even thinking of any pre-election coalition... parties that are making pre-election coalitions have links and other mammatics for which the Initiative does not have that problem”, Berisha said.
On the other hand, he is convinced that the initiative will be part of the government.
We are certain that even according to analysis and work on the field, NISMA will have more than 10 deputies in the Kosovo Assembly and will be in the next government... not only because the Initiative needs it but because the institutions need the spirit and determination of the Initiative's” licenses, Zafir Berisha concludes./Zana Rugova/Periscopi/
