Kosovar found guilty in Switzerland of killing a Brazilian

In an ongoing search for the death of a young Brazilian man slaughtered in 2009 in Hohenrain, Lucerne's Cantonal Court has changed the court's decision. Unlike the Criminal Court, this Canton's guilty of killing has declared a Kosovar.

The accused, who is now 33-year-old today, was acquitted by the Cantonal Court for presuming and assault killings. For these criminal acts, Kosovar has been sentenced to 7 years and two months of freedom, writes Sda.ch.

This court, in the quality of the Appeals Court, has seen it arguing that the deadly stab on the Brazilian, 24-year-old rulings, had made Kosovo rather than the citizen of Macedonia, today 37-year-old, who was considered guilty so far.
