The head of the House of Peoples at Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliamentary Assembly (BH), Bakir Izetbegovic, wants the Kosovo-Serbia agreement not to affect his state.
In an interview for Anadolu Agency, he says Serbia should not be compensated by Bosnia for what it will lose with resolving the Kosovo issue.
“If these two issues (Bosnia and Kosovo) can ever be interconnected, then the common one is that the Serb side in Kosovo and BiH has committed similar crimes, similar mistakes and sins. And ultimately, because of this behavior and this violence have caused NATO attacks. But it cannot further connect with the idea that Serbia should eventually be compensated with something in Bosnia for what will be lost with the solution for Kosovo”, Izetbegovic has indicated.
The former head of the Bosnian Presidency has stressed that this adventure could end up in unclear scenarios.
