The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj reports that he has arrested two people with S.T. initials, and L.T., from the Institution municipality, due to well-founded suspicion that the same were committed criminal acts “fideja”, “due to” and criminal activity “to be held in ownership, or unauthorised possession of weapons”.
To the defendants, the prosecution has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
In this case, there have been raids on two locations where police seized, a branding gun “Beradelli” with five rounds of .765 mm calibre, a “Citroen” vehicle and other material evidence.
The defendants had benefited considerable amounts of money in the name of the file.
