He has confessed to a Finnish newspaper, his four-year experience in Kosovo.
Initially, the case of wounded three people in Finland by an Albanian businessman, former EULEX employee in Kosovo, has been linked to the current situation in our country.
He has declared that in Kosovo courts, it is the high level of corruption cases.
In addition to cases of crime and hatred, there are cases of blood feuds, according to Simo Pietiläinen.
The accused often avoid prison by bribing or fleeing responsibility because of the people known in the” courts, he says.
It further says that citizens in Kosovo do not trust the legal system or other institutions, while citing unemployment, and leaving citizens as the cause of disappointment by local politics.
The unpowered [citizens] are taken justice from their hands. Kosovo is plagued by massive corruption and citizens do not trust the judiciary. Endless contradictions between Kosovo and Serbia, major unemployment and lack of investments are a source of frustration and lack of vision. People have an endless desire to leave the country”, says Pietiläinen, warns Telegrafi.
Former EULEX employee visited the crime scene in Finland when three people were injured, meanwhile, has said similar cases of injury and murder are not rare in Kosovo.

Simo Pietiläinen has been staying in Kosovo for four years.
According to the Finnish newspaper, for the first three years, he had resolved the privatisation dispute at the Supreme Court. Last year he continued working as an expert in EULEX for crisis management in Pristina.
In Kosovo culture, the honor of a man cannot be violated in front of a crowd. If that happens, and man does not retaliate, he is a coward. There's a case in a country where the vengeance anchor has lasted 80 years. I want to stress that I don't know the details of the Helsinki case”, Pietiläinen points out.
There is so much corruption at all levels of government, politics and the economy. The judicial system dims the attention of cases by turning them several times from the appeals court to the lower court”, he says.
According to Pietiläinen, the EULEX mission, has not been able to integrate into Kosovo what is known as the best European <x0).
He has also mentioned the case of two large families in Pec, that Elshani, and Kelmendi.
Also the Canun issue, which he says is still current in Kosovo.
He stresses that honour killings and blood feuds are not Islamic beliefs, but the country's ancient customary practices.
Simo Pietiläinen says that after the war, weapons have not been delivered by citizens in Kosovo and by 1999, part of them have remained in their hands.
“Armes are also part of the daily life of Kosovo citizens”, he says.
Simo Pietiläinen, says Kosovo has deserved independence in 2008, but also a better future.
But according to him, this is not happening because of the poor actions of the country's top political leadership.
The issue of Islam says mosques are being funded by Qatar and Turkey has increased influence in Kosovo.
Turkey has repeatedly strengthened its position, especially in Kosovo. Similarly, Islamic countries like Qatar, which are constantly funding the construction of new mosques and the support of women with “mbullea”, says Pietiläinen.
