Beqa complains of bills turning to zero after distribution of the Assembly

Failure to adopt these bills is expected to harm the country's development processes. So it has at least considered MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Hajdar Beqa.

“Normically, many laws have remained in Parliament without approval, even though they have been passed on to reading first and working groups, but have come to the session and have not been voted. According to the Parliament Rule, all laws that have not passed the second reading where new institutions and new legislature come, turn back and everything comes back first. I consider it a little harm to Kosovo development processes”, he has said.

While he said all the laws were important, Beqa isolated the Penal Code, which is more advanced than the current code.
