Aktakuze against former administration director in Prizren

According to the indictment, the accused I.B., from 13,05.2018 to the date 22,05.2018, in Prizren, acting in the quality of the official person the director of the Prizren municipality's Administration, with the goal of benefiting any benefits for himself or the other person, has not fulfilled his official duties, legally defined.

This court reports that he, within the above-mentioned period of time, distributed non-financial property (Llaptop and laptop bags) for the Assemblyists of the Communist Assembly of Prizren, in the amount of 40 pieces, out of the total amount of 43 pieces and in confirmation of the confession of laptops signed by assemblies with the case of accepting such wealth, does not ensure that this state wealth is returned after the end of the public mandate, as provided for public finance management and responsibilities, such as regulation of the Ministry of Finance Management on budgetary Management, while 3 for other laptops has not figured the same evidence that it has been allocated to persons, around the 1950 euro budget.
