The first air strike took place Friday in the village of Al-Haas, where 13 people were killed, while the next attack occurred Saturday in the village of Deir, where seven people, mainly children, were killed.
Local activists said a pregnant woman was among these victims.
They had sought refuge in these places after fleeing from another area.
Russia and Syria have said their forces are not aiming at attacking civilians, they said they are targeting militants involved in Frontin Nusra, who is a jihadist group known today as Hayatt Tarhir al-Sham.
