The Bureau for Meeting and Recording War Crimes in Gjakova has surrendered today to the Special Prosecutor, the agent of 12 indictments against Serbs suspected of war crimes.
Following the handover of these indictments, Scykinije Hota said the contracting of these criminal charges was made by witnesses of cases, where, as such, there were personally whether there were murders or sexual assaults by Serbian forces.
Let's put as much pressure on criminals who are participants in these crimes in the Gjakova municipality to start a criminal procedure against them. These criminal records are not fairy tales, but real stories. We know how the court procedures go. We do not expect these to be made with the magic wand”, she said.
The indictments that were filed earlier are now in the police, for which Hota said she hopes will be worked on.
She added that there are over 1600 people killed in the Gjakova municipality alone, and about 5,000 cases of rape, where criminals are known by their names and names, and there are photos.
