Zaevi, poroshenko? Kosovo to give Serbia 10 municipalities in the north, it will give some municipalities in the south

I have even informed Vice President Pence of the U.S. Department, Mr. Pompeo, the Foreign Minister informed him. But we have asked senior European Union officials, and especially Mrs. Moghrin, to stop this kind of activity because it will cause a great damage to the Balkans. Zaev details the deal, saying Kosovo would give Serbia 10 municipalities, but warns that this would imply new war in the Balkans.
