War Invales Free From Any Kind of Customs Tax

This directive is aimed at establishing procedures and conditions of realisation of rights for release from imported obligations for the category of disabled Kosovo Liberation Army war category.

The MF through a communiqué explains that on this basis members of the Kosovo Liberation Army's war, which have the status of the disabled known to the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, with a degree of disability from the group one to seven, are released from any kind of customs tax and taxes for the import of special car and orthopedic equipment for personal use of the disabled war.

This administrative directive went into effect, seven days after publishing in the Official Journal of the Republic of Kosovo. The finance ministry will continue further with reforms in fiscal policies, with the aim of improving the welfare of Kosovo citizens”, the communique said.
