Vuciq: Do not rejoice in Haradinaj's resignation, Serbs may suffer what is expected to happen in Kosovo

Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, at today's media conference following Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's resignation, has said there is no room for joy and that they should show caution for the sake of Serbs living in Kosovo. We are increasing expectations and the need for justice satisfaction. There is no reason for joy and euphoria, we see all the facts and the consequences behind this act, especially in terms of Albanians and the interethnic community towards the Serbian people and Serbia, Vuciq said.
He warned that there will be further homogenisation of Albanians and a escalation of hatred against the Serbian people, “because Serbs experience the only bloodshed for what is happening with Haradinaj, even in Kosovo”.
He said he fears that the lives of Serbs could become even more difficult because of this, but that Serbs could be backed up in their country, Serbia”.
He also added further that Serbia fears this would lead to further postponement of dialogue, but also to further distribution of the ideas of Greater Albania.
Their “Life will be even more difficult than today, and there will be more hatred of Serbs, because they see them guilty of what is happening to Haradinaj”, Vuciq said.
He also said Serbia is committed to dialogue, “but we are afraid that political developments in Kosovo are going towards further delay of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina”.
The Serbian president also noted that, “while all these will be developed, dialogue will not be possible and these tariffs will not be abolished”.
Their “Plan is for Haradinaj to emerge from the elections as a winner”, Vuciq said.
He also said he expects, after all, serious pressure on Serbia.
He also says Serbia is committed to peace, that it will seek to continue dialogue with Albanians and that it will try to talk to other Balkan leaders about uniting the Balkans in the economic union.
