“File of the first group of long-range Air System equipment and S-400 missile defence facilities at the Murted/Ankara Air Base began on July 12th 201950, the report said.
The US has rejected buying this system from Turkey, arguing that S-400 does not comply with NATO systems.
But, the Turkish state insists the Russian system will not pose a threat to the Alliance and that the same will not be integrated into NATO systems.
This country also declared that they are not the only country NATO that will use Russian air defence systems.
Ankara argued it was exactly the American refusal of the Patriot system that has forced them to seek solutions in other countries.
Turkey said Russia has offered a convenient deal including the transfer of the entire system.
Turkey and Russia signed the agreement for the S-400 system on 11 April 2017.
